When I was choosing a career path in my life I had to go thru the transformational learning process. I first had to decide what job I wanted this was identifying the problem which to me was one of the hardest steps I was torn between a few jobs in the health care field. Second confronting the problem this is when I considered the salaries of the jobs and also the benefits they offered. Third was where I had to fined the solution my solutions was to find a job that not only had a good salary but also had benefits and I would enjoy working for.
