Its festive fun and a bit rowdy as the down under bunch know how to throw a good party. Brunch is served as a buffet of steaks, comfort foods like mack and cheese, veggies, roasted corn, and a fresh salad bar. And this is a steak restaurant so they’ve got their must have bbq beef ribs featured fall off the bone cooked to perfection slathered in tangy bbq sauce. Wow. To complete the gorging one must indulge in a sirloin, full of flavor and those grill marks flame sizzled in so that you know they’ve done it right. It was juicy and so tasty that all I needed was a little salt and pepper…A1 sauce is useless

The exterior is very chic and you can see the beautiful lighting display from outside from the glass wall and door. At the entrance, is a tiny red carpet with a rope and palm trees. There is also a doorman to greet you. The exterior has an elegant Caribbean restaurant feel to it. THE ARAB GUEST The Arab travel mentality can vary greatly as the Arabian region stretches over a vast area encompassing 22 countries from Mauritania in the west to Yemen in the east. As the majority of Arab guests are from the United Arab Emirates (UAE), consisting of Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait, the advice given here pertains mainly to this important region. The above-named states have in common rapid economic growth due to the large oil and gas reserves. These states have been catapulted from a tribal life to relative wealth, although Dubai has always held a significant role as a trade centre in the Middle East. Tourism in the UAE is booming, and luxuries, the newest technologies and excellent service have become the norm. No wonder then that the most expensive and luxurious hotel in the world, the Burj al Arab, is in Dubai. Apart from expecting exclusively furnished hotels, Arab guests also expect respect and tolerance for their lifestyle. To the majority of Arabs, Islamic rules are the foundation of daily life. Courteous and attentive service is a prerequisite. 1. Tolerance and Sensitivity Personal recommendations and networking between Arab families are of the utmost importance and recommendations by acquaintances are given more heed than extravagant advertising brochures. The chance of winning over the Arab market through a few families is therefore very high, but at the same time, a single ‘mishap’ by an employee can ruin the reputation of an entire hotel. Family consciousness is highly regarded in the Arab region. Unlike in the West, the family is the basic social unit, not the individual. In Arab society the weak are respected and protected, and the elderly are always afforded special respect. Arabs behave in a reserved manner towards Europeans and react very sensitively to a lack of respect and intolerance. To avoid such conflicts, sensitivity and empathy are of great importance. 2. Travel The majority of Arabs travel with their entire families.…

They accepted values such as caring for the nature and environment. The company protects all of it and seeks to build all the hotels and resorts with minumum wastage. For example the trees which had to be felled, were used to make the furniture. Nothing was wasted at the expense of the hotel. All the hotels and resorts are designed that they follow the surrounding culture and mainly the nature. The concept is called „a sense of place“. The hotels and resorts are composited with the nature around and it is very sustainable. The exoticism is preserved but enriched by the luxus. This is very special thing about the Banyan Tree because normally there is either very luxurious hotel such as Burj-Al-Arab which needed huge amount of material to be built and was very inconsiderate to the nature around or there is a hotel such as tree hotel which is very eco-friendly but not as luxurious as the Banyan Tree hotels and resorts…
