The Hobbit: A Treacherous Journey

In the novel, The Hobbit, they are making a treacherous journey to a new terrain called the Misty Mountains. Bilbo and the dwarves could say there destination is unknown or ¨wild.¨ That is kind of what I felt the first day I attended middle school. There was many different things I had to do like learn my surroundings, cope with the new terrain, and had to tough it out. The first day of middle school was pretty rough because I didn't know many people there. I knew none of the teachers and what I had to do. Eventually I got the rhythm of it but it was still pretty terrifying. I came from a elementary school where most the kids there went to central or carrollton so I lost many of my friends and had to make new ones. Kind of like when Bilbo
