One of the main factors that The House of Busby focuses on is employment. The House of Busby has a Human Resource manager that does employment using a very effective interviewing system. This type of employment system is used to reduce clashes of personalities in the workplace. The Human Resource manager looks for employees that are humble, know their weakness and are keen to learn. The House Busby ensures customers are satisfied by providing them with quality services. The House of Busby communicates regularly with consumers through social media (mainly Facebook). The House of Busby Facebook page allows existing consumers and potential consumers to post their compliments or complaints about the company. This is effective as the company is able to examine its weaknesses and strengths from the consumer’s perspective. This also helps maintain existing consumers. To inform existing consumers and potential consumers about the new products the company does this through continuous advertising. The House of Busby advertises its product through social media (Facebook, twitter and Instagram), billboards and magazines. The different types of advertising method s are necessary as the company has a broad target market according to the brands.     All the members of Team Rambo are highly committed to working and finishing the BIC project efficiency. All team members understand fully that our own personal work will affect the overall grade of the BIC project and the implications thereof.
