1.1 BACKGROUND OF STUDY
1.1.1. The background of Royal Malaysia Police Facebook page
Polis Diraja Malaysia (Royal Malaysia Police) Facebook page is create at 21 Sep 2010. This is an official Facebook of Royal Malaysia Police. This page has 179,152 peoples like the page and 14,065 talks about the page. Most of the generation x focus on the page, the public also can post and comment on the page to build the up relationship with the publics. 1.1.2. History of Royal Malaysia Police
A part of the security forces structure in Malaysia. It headquarters is located in Bukit Aman, Kuala Lumpur. It was formed at 25 March 1807. The current Inspector General of Police is Tan Sri Haji Ismail Haji Omar.

1.1.3. History of Facebook
Facebook is a social networking that invented by a Harvard student, Mark Zuckerberg and his classmates, Andrew McCollum, Chris Hughes and Dustin Moskoutz. On Oct 1, 2005, Facebook officially launch. It was invented at United Kingdom. There were a total of 664,032,460 in year of 2011 March and the total of 835,525,280 in year of 2012 March. The active users of Facebook have achieved one billion at Sep 2012.

1.2. RESEARCH PROBLEM Based on the research that done by Internet world Stats, Facebook (FB) Subscriber around the world are growing rapidly from 2011 to 2012. There were a total of 664,032,460 in year of 2011 March and the total of 835,525,280 in year of 2012 March. (http://www.internetworldstats.com/facebook.htm)
Besides, according to Neilsen reports 17 percent of time spent on internet in August 2009 devoted to social network and blog sites, up from 6 percent a year ago.(http://socialnetworking.procon.org/sourcefiles/NielsenAug2009.pdf)
