The Importance Of ADDIE
ADDIE is an acronym that stands for “analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation (Kopp, 2014).” ADDIE is a process that ensures training programs improves workplace performance that supports organizational objectives. The Army created regulations that provides guidance on conducting the five types of training analyses: needs, mission, collective task, job and individual task analysis. They’re several training course in the United States Army that contributes to my current job position that assist with great workplace performance. To name a few like Basic Leader Course (BLC), Advanced Leader Course (ALC), and Senior Leader Course (SLC). These courses are provided to help your improve as a Soldier leadership abilities and doing
