The Importance Of Being A Hero In Beowulf
Do you think that being a hero is easy? Being brave will never have weaknesses? Is it good to have wealthy in this earthly life? Do you think that everyone can be perfect as our creator? Everyone could overcome temptations in life?
There are lot’s of things that we can experience in this earthly life, experience that will drag as down, just like in this movie Beowulf it is a movie of braveness, courage, journey etc. as I watched this movie there are lot’s of things that comes in my mind? Like is it possible for a person to be brave enough to face monsters like the monster in the sea and grendel? Because if I’m in his position I will never do that instead of facing I will hide.
Even though
he possesses lot’s of characteristics that a women could ever wish for. He still have it’s weaknesses because no one is perfect we are all tempted by someone or something. He is brave, courageous outside but in his inside he’s weak. He was tempted by grendel’s mom as history repeats in king’s hrothgar. He chose to be wealth, to be a ruler just like what grendel’s mom promised to him.
All of us has it’s own weaknesses that sometimes we chose to be tempted, we chose to have wealth, to be a ruler . and the worst thing is that we forget God. We tend to do wordly things than the lord’s will. We need to pray in everything that we do, we need the lord’s guidance to avoid temptations and I know in myself without a shadow of doubt he will help us.
