When a teenager enters adulthood, at 18, their brains are not mature enough to set aside emotions that can create a barrier when it comes to decision making; for instance, the ability to understand the responsibility of possessing a gun. Furthermore, citizens who will be granted the right of access to firearms will be hunters, the police officers, and the military. Once a person reaches the minimum age of 30, he or she must undergo a series of examinations. This will be overseen by the government who will evaluate their knowledge on the proper uses of guns, as well as ensuring the citizens that those obliged to handle guns will guarantee not only their safety but the safety of those around them.
