Your respond to Evidence-base practice was very well written. I have found that in some areas of nursing, for example PACU and Endoscopy nurse rarely get the luxury to sit down and review issues relating to Evidence based practice or policy. Nurses, I know working in these two areas we are challenge every day with the large demand for direct patient care. That often leaves the nursing staff little time for anything else. Then there is the vast amount of information to be review and study. The important of getting support for implementing evidence-based practice is strongly needed.
