My personal belief about life is we have choices, those choices determine everything that follows. If I choose to do wrong, then I must suffer the consequences, likewise, when I choose to do the right thing, I shall be rewarded. This applies to work ethics, personal and family life and of most importance, my spiritual walk. This has been my creed for years, therefore, I have disciplined myself to live accordingly. Choices relate to a cause and effect system in life. When I chose to live my life as a Christian, I also chose to adhere to a lifestyle of servanthood and self-denial which is contrary to the ways of the world. Discipling myself to not act or react to the world requires constant prayer and seeking God to master the parts in me that want to behave as the world. These disciplines include:
• Prayer and fasting-for deliverance not just for myself but others who have needs
• Silence-sometimes I have to be still and seek God for wisdom

This goes back to my acceptances, but I know God has called me to this ministry. God sends me to hospitals to pray for certain people, however there are many more that may be alone and need someone to just sit with them or pray for their situation. Specific and measurable goals will be accomplished when I am serving in hospital ministry full time. It is not about a paid position (although that would be nice), but to be a blessing to those who are hurting. In order to complete a time frame for accomplishment, I anticipate full time ministry four months after graduating Ohio Christian University. While I visit local hospitals in my community now, I also want to be able to minister in other communities as the Lord leads
