One of the Articles was the first article. This outlined the law making authority the legislative branch had. The legislative branch consisted of the Congress, who could tax people and who could regulate trade. Also, the article describes how members of each house will be chosen and what rules they must follow in making laws. Like the citizens, the
people of the government have to follow the laws as well.
Then in Article two it explains the executive branch. This article explains how the leaders can be selected. This explains also how the leaders can be removed from office. They can be removed from office if they do not abide by the constitution like everybody else.
Another Article is the third one. It describes the judicial branch and their duties. One of their duties is to interpret the laws and see how they are fairly applied. That means that they are the ones that see if the laws are effective and if they actually mean anything. Also, this articles calls for one supreme court.
In Conclusion, the Constitution was well thought up. The people who wrote them made sure that they would still be used hundreds of years. That is why we still use the Constitution and that is why they are still effective to this day.
