Coal, Iron, and Steam Engines.
One of the most important and main parts of the Industrial Revolution was the invention of steam power. The invention of the steam engine made many changes to transportation, including steam powered trains. Steam powered trains are vehicles that run on rails or tracks and are powered by steam engines. They were first made to move goods and other items, then began to move people. Even though they were a huge part of transportation in the 19th and 20th century, other methods of transportation eventually replaced them.
The Steam engine was crucial to Britain's Industrial Revolution. The steam engine used coal as fuel because it seemed there was an unlimited supply of coal.
