First, the juvenile court is very important to the trouble teens. The teens have done something bad but that I can still change. These teens need help so that they may not go back to the bad habits. Many times all the teams need is a big push in therapy. They need someone to talk to and encourage them to do better.
These teens are not fully to develop yet. Most of these teens too many drugs that
can cause them serious problems. That is a bad habit they need to get off of. Most of these teens grew up around these bad surroundings. When you go out with something you start to think that it is OK. For example, if a kid will be stealing, he will continue until he gets in trouble.
Teens that serve prison for life is very unconstitutional. Amendment 8 says "No cruel or unusual punishments." A child should not go up and die in an enclosure of environment. What 18 needs his help, not punishment for life. There are many ways we can help a teen, I think people are just too self conscious to help, or they do not want to help the bad child. Many children are damaged, so why will we just throw them away instead of helping them? Teens can come out of the juvenile court system better than how they came in. This is why the juvenile court is very important to troubled teens. Would you want your child to receive help or punishment?
