The Importance Of Trust In Nursing
Trust is demonstrated through commitment to others by being a nurse of integrity. I want my actions as a nurse to demonstrate my commitment to provide a best possible care for my patients and their families. This can be accomplished by working collaboratively with the patient care team for a positive outcome for the patient. A commitment to others is shown by working your scheduled shifts and not calling off frequently. I am also willing to pick up an extra shift to help out my coworkers.
