Synopsis
The Indian Chocolate Packaging Industry

The aim of this project is to study the impact of chocolate packaging in Indian market on Indian customers. This project also contains the analysis of various strategies chocolate companies use to attract customers towards their brand or a particular product of their brand.

Synopsis
Rationale:

There is a lot of potential in Indian chocolate packaging industry; in fact, the success of a chocolate brand depends on how well it is packed. Packaging not only signifies the quality of brand, but also, is an important & intelligent marketing tool. Moreover, a layman buying a chocolate from market will always prefer to buy a chocolate which has good packing & will be attracted towards chocolate brand which has packing suited to the special occasions. For example, on the occasion of ‘Rakshaa‐bandhan’, a sister expects a Dairy Milk™ ‘Rakshaa‐bandhan’ pack as a gift from her brother, on the other hand, the brother feels a sense of pride while offering that pack of dairy milk to
