RESEARCH PROBLEM
1.1. Problem Identification.
Nowadays, the information and communication technologies TICS, have changed all around us, our lifestyle, the way to work, produce, communicate, buy, sell, teach and learn. Now, teaching is governing, as it was since the 19th Century and it will continue to the future. As it is inserting, our educational institutions have needs to make changes in teaching-learning abilities, too. So, students from the Military Education Unit “Abdón Calderón” have the necessity to change the old fashioned tools and introduce the new tools to develop the listening skill of the English language through the Technological tools, mainly through the Quizstar tool, which will increase the interest and competence of learning.
The reason that teachers ignore about different technological tools is clear because they are outdated in new process of knowledge. Teachers resist to the new changes in education; most of the time I think they are unable to use updated methodologies, techniques and strategies. Teachers have to rethink the way of teaching of language
