The Jaw Crusher Installation and Maintenance
Jaw crusher is mainly used for crushing various ores and large materials with compression strength not more than 320Mpa into medium-sized grains; and is widely applied in mine, metallurgy, construction, road, railway, water conservancy, chemical industry, refractory material and ceramic etc.
We should install the jaw crusher above the concrete foundation in order to reduce the vibration; between the machine base and rack it needs to plus skids or rubber.

Before the start of preparatory work must crusher: Crusher start before a comprehensive double-check, check the contents: broken machine tooth plate wear, fine port of discharge size; check the crushing cavity whether the ore, if large block ore, must be removed; connection screws are loose; pulley flywheel protection cover is intact; belts and the tightness of the lever spring is appropriate; lubrication system is intact; electrical equipment and signal systems are in working.
