The model uses efforts focused on assisting agencies and organizations use the workplace as a strategic resource. It also helps the workplace with realigning work settings so they make sense for the modern workplace and their visions. (Resource, 2015) This model will be useful because it will improve internal suppleness. It will also provide flexible infrastructure while sustaining work place practice change. This model will also increase spatial change as well as revisions over time. This will help also with the Board of Control because it will show change over time. That way the board does not feel as if the change is too fast and will accept the change better in that fashion. Internal and external constraints within the association inhibiting the organization like the Board of Control, are also addressed in which the head director of the Juvenile Bureau examines and implements policy changes to change the organizational operations as well as assist employee learning and expansion. It will also ensure that treasured skills and knowledge for the association are in alliance with the new direction. The equity accuracy, consistency with theory, consistency with resources and making decisions that contribute to future decisions will also be handled with the workplace model and other decisions above as well. (Heerwagen &Kampschroer &Powell, 2010) Future decisions should simply account for fairness, impartiality, and the most effective system for juveniles that recognize a reduced amount of responsibility for these offenders because of their age.
