Having super powers is the one thing that distinguishes a super hero. Therefore, being powerless makes the characters more like the average person. “Who watches the watchmen” was the phrase used to back up the Keene Act; a law made to disband the crew after many people grew terrified of the Watchmen. Some of the members were acting upon their own idea of how problems should be solved, and chose to be very violent, causing terror amongst the people. This can relate to our every day lives as well; crimes are committed in our society daily. Someone who has just lost a family member due to an act of violence would want justice. As sympathetic humans that we are we would support the cause to find justice, but what if this individual takes this into his own hands, and goes on a crazy rampage to avenge a death. We gave the power to believe that justice could be served, but we didn’t think that they would make the wrong choice on how to handle things. Who makes sure that everyone aacts
