The Keystone Pipeline
According to Brian Clark Howard (March 24, 2017) there are 4 major factors that need to be taken into consideration before deciding on a position for the controversial issue regarding the construction of the Keystone pipeline. The first factor to take into consideration is that the construction of the Keystone pipeline will create an opening of 42,100 jobs during construction and 50 permanent jobs. It will also contribute to keeping oil refinery jobs. Many environmentalists however tend to oppose this statement by arguing that more jobs will be created when using renewable energy instead, such as solar power. Another argument that tends to go against the Keystone pipeline is that it may impact wildlife since it has a possibility of endangering
