Without a reminder of the importance of our personal work or what we work towards, our work would be meaningless. I am cognizant that the obstacles my parents regularly had to face forced them to bond more and spend more time with each other than they would have in their home county, but they were repeatedly reminded that people on similar circumstances did not succeed in their journey, and in many occasions had to return to face of the troubles they had tried to escape.
