With education and awareness life can be saved. Reaching out means first pay attention and noticing when people are showing sings of risk. Second taking the time to let people know we care. If you commite suicide think about how your family is going to feel. Family members may feel angry the suicide of a loved one. They may streggle to understand why their family member took his life, particularly if he did not show any signs of depression, anxiety or mentalillness. Some family members may blame themselves of the suicide. Like any other sudden death, a family who loses someone of suicide will go through a denial,schock,anger and then unltimately, acceptance.
