He’s giving this speech to raise support for the treaty of Versailles and the league of Nation.
He wanted to stop people from supporting the idea of the Treaty and the league of Nations.
Wilson would ask his supporters to raise awareness concerning the treaty of Versailles.
Henry will tell everyone that it's not a good thing and there shall not be any form of notice concerning the
WWI just ended. Europeans notions were angry with Germany. There was a reverie between president Woodrow Wilson and Henry Cabot Lodge.
