1. The Technical Committee shall be the sole committee in-charge in handling cases, addressing concerns and answering questions regarding registration of the participants during the conduct of the Alternative Class Program.
2. The Technical Committee team shall be composed of at least seven (7) members.
3. Two (2) members of the team shall be assigned to the Checking Stage, Four (4) in the Manual Registration Stage, and the Technical Committee head shall be the only one in-charged in Confirmation Stage.
4. In the Checking Stage, the committee members main task is to ensure that a student is (1) not yet registered in any topic, (2) the topic where he/she registered have been dissolved, OR (3) the student was late and not anymore admitted to the topic.
5. Upon presentment of their validated school ID and verification from the ACP Registration Database that a student met any of the 3 cases mentioned in #4, the committee members in Checking Stage shall put a stamp "APPROVED" in the student's arm and the student shall now move on to the second stage, the Manual Registration Stage.
6. In Manual Registration Stage, students shall choose and manually sign-up on their desired topic provided that there are still remaining slots.
7. In Manual Registration Stage, the committee members are tasked to (1) facilitate in the manual signing-up of the students and (2) filling-up and release of Unsigned Technical Committee Stub.
8. In the Confirmation Stage, only the Technical Committee Head shall have the authority to affix his/her signature and put AdNU-SSG stamp on the student's stub.
9. The Technical Committee Head shall ensure that only those Stub duly filled-up by the member of the committee in the Manual Registration Stage would be accepted, processed, and signed.
10. The signed Technical Committee Stub shall serve as proof that a student undergoes the Technical Committee Process and it shall also serve as "gate pass" on the topic he/she
