Procedure
Cut the bubble wrap to the size of the window pane with scissor. It is preferred if you have ruler, it is going to be more accurate. After that, spray a film of water on the window using a spray bottle. If you don’t have spray water, putting water on your hand and spraying directly to the window also works. Next, apply the bubble wrap on the window. Remember, the bubble side goes toward the glass. As you see the picture above, the sprayed water could be seen through the bubble wrap.
