The Most Popular Industries From The 1920's
Economics are often based off of the most popular industries. From the 1920’s to now the favored industries have shifted drastically. In the 20’s cars, radios, oil, coal, and steel were the booming businesses yielding great gross to owners. Currently the biggest production is technology. Technology has severely improved, taking over, which means people are getting lazy because everything is now at the tip of their fingers. Many industries are now dying because they are no longer necessary since everything can be accessed on a smartphone. Newspaper publishing is slowly diminishing along with photofinishing, the use of libraries, videotape/disc rentals and appliance
