Gustavsson, (2014;2013) , there are few concepts of need in health care according to different subjects under which organization can fulfill the demands of the patients.
The main and foremost demand of the patients are to reduce the cost of health or medical services provided by the health care centers ( Fries, Koop, Beadle, Cooper, , England, Greaves & Wright, 1993).
Whereas on the other hand health care needs to improve the health service s delivery system with respect to policy making for allocation of resources and for cost effectiveness (Asadi -Lari, Packham, &
Gray, 2003). The other need of the patients is long term medical plan of treatment in which patient can recover their health through one planned treatment rather than unplanned short term treatment
(Asadi-Lari, Packham, & Gray, 2003). Further more patients need that services which can precise easier access to health care and clinical services while the on the other hand health care demands for the technology to provide the services conveniently to the patients. It is also one of the arguable point that how technology could overcome the needy issues of the health care (Heathfield, Pitty, & Hanka,1998).
Whether the implementation of technological applications in medical, clinical or in health care services is costly, but it also gives the best services with respect to time.
However according to study by Bodenmann et al, (2014) it is hard for most the patients to go with costly medical or health care services as they are not getting enough income to pay the medical expenses. So, the management of health care always demand for the government funding to support those patients who are unable to pay and for
