The New Deal had programs that provided a safer work environment for employees, such as establishing retirement funds and a federal income to retired people and who are unemployed or disabled. The New Deal three programs that were the most outstanding were the Civil Works Administration, Work Progress Administration and Civilian Conservation Corps.
