The Odyssey’s main protagonist, Odysseus, never used any superpowers. But, somehow he managed to survive a 10 year war in Troy, make it all the way from Troy to Ithaca while battling monsters, saving his wife from being married to another man, and save his son from being killed by suitors. He came up with the idea of the Trojan Horse, which helped the Greeks win the war. He was able to murder a room full of many different suitors with his son, using his strength and intelligence. In the day, Superman is a journalist for the Daily Planet, but by night, he sheds his tuxedo and puts on his super suit to fight and stop crime in his city. Superman is a real hero because he saves a lot of people. Superman chooses to be a hero instead of being a celebrity. He saves people because he knows saving people’s lives is more important than being in the public eye. He is also very important because we love his
