The Origins Of Hinduism

Hinduism is one of the largest religions in the world after Christian and Islam with more than one billion follower make this religion become the third largest religion. The most follower Hinduism is located in South Asia especially in India and Nepal. Hinduism also known as the oldest religion in the world and the follower of Hinduism called their religion as Sanatana-dharma which mean perennial road.
Hinduism comes to the world starting in from the entry of Aryans to India in 1500 BC. Aryans came to India brought so many transformation to Indian society. These changes occur because Aryans held integration with Dravidian culture and subsequently gave birth to the integration of the Hindu religion. Aryans began writing Vedic scriptures which written in four parts such as Reg Veda, Sama Veda, Yayur Veda and Vedic Atharwa. Hindu civilization and national life are also evident in the book or the book Brahmana Upanishad. The thethird book is the basis of thought and the basic life of Hindus. The origins of Hinduism followed by a change of life style in India. The life style of Hindu society is divided into four castes. First is Brahmana Caste which consists with religious people, second is Ksatria Caste consist with government people or state officials, third is Waisya Caste consist with farmer and trader and forth is Sudra Caste consist with blue collar workers. As I mention before Hindu have celebration of certain days, and the certain days itself are Nyepi day and Siwaratari day that will celebrated in every year. In this paper I will explain more about Nyepi day in Indonesia especially Bali, the island with majority of Hindu people. And also about the condition in Bali during the Nyepi
