ABSTRACT This study was conducted to know the perception of freshmen Computer Engineering Students S.Y. 2012-2013 towards the Reproductive Health Law. The benefits of the said law was used and derived from the Consolidated RH law in order to know the perceptions of the respondents. This paper stems from a current issue and arguments from different parties. It describes the relation of religion and gender on the perception of the respondents. It concludes by underscoring the fact that respondents are in favor with the law and religion can transform one’s view in life. Keywords: Perceptions,
