Bill Clinton, the forty-second president, was inaugurated in 1931. His presidency lasted from nineteen thirty-one to two thousand one. Bill Clinton’s legacy was the many programs and and laws he put in place. Bill Clinton’s Legacy to some people is bad and to some others is good. Some of the good aspects that Bill Clinton’s presidency is known for is creating the Hope Scholarship and funding NASA so that they can go on more missions, funding programs to find the cure for HIV and AIDs, and etcetera. However, these are sometimes overshadowed by some of the bad things that he has done like funding a program for free trade, but free trade which sometimes hurts the environment and etcetera.
