We all have 24 hours in a day and living within the boundaries of these 24 hours, while some meet success others keep struggling. Our life depends on how we decide to spend our time. Self discipline is the key to manage your time. We all are naturally inclined to feel cosy in our comfort zones and that's the reason we keep struggling to manage our life. In the race of meeting our deadlines, we forget that we have a family too and barely get any time for ourselves. Stress keeps killing us bit by bit everyday and we wish the day to be longer by at least a couple of hours more. The truth of life is we all have to manage within these 24 hours. No one else can manage our time, it's only we who can do it and to do that self discipline is the shortest, simplest and the surest way.

Self discipline often involves sacrificing the pleasure and thrill of the moment. Our comfort zone is an insulating barrier between us and our success and we know that. Ask someone who goes for an early morning walk every day how he feels when he misses his walk for a day. You won't realise the fun of being self disciplined, unless you make an attempt. Being self disciplined makes lots of difficult things easier for you and you start enjoying your work. You do much more in the same 24 hours.
Self discipline is the ability to create and follow your own rules, to rule your life. Transformation from comfort
