the Prime Minister of India
First, I would like to count my chickens before they have hatched (because I am sure they will). When India is a super power, she will quite obviously be very rich.
So, the first step would be to strengthen the Indian Army, Navy and Air force, to prevent and protect from any future external attacks. Secondly, we should be prepared for traitors within the country. The not so good citizens would not wish for India to become a powerful nation, and may even sell our secrets to unworthy competitors. This, of course, should be avoided, and spies and undercover agents should patrol the streets, literally. So, we are safe from any 'to come' attacks on India‐The superpower. Now coming to how to make India a superpower. First and most importantly, the people need to be educated. The much talked about 'Free child education' should be put into use. Girl children too, should get good education.
The government should aim to achieve a 100% literacy level by the 2011 census.
Now that we are on the topic of government, the people who constitute it should be educated too. At present, most politicians 'beg' for foreign aid, not for the country, but to fulfill their own greedy wishes.
This of course, should be stopped. However it is not only academic education that is important. The public should be educated on social subjects too. India, in 2006, I am sorry to say, lacks cleanliness and the citizens, when in public, lack good conduct. Most people, largely in rural areas, do not know the basics of good social behavior. I do not wish to go deep into this matter, for fear of exceeding the given word limit I would say, however, that this should be changed.
Now, coming to another aspect that has to be taken care of. (I beg your pardon for changing the topic so suddenly!) The word discrimination has acquired such a lot of prefixes in India. You have social discrimination, caste discrimination, religious discrimination you name it; you've got it. The

There may be general consensus that the election in Gujarat is a no contest but the jury is still out on whether to credit Narendra Modi's performance as Chief Minister or credit his massive and expensive propaganda machine, which his critics say has vastly inflated his rather limited successes. The Modi PR machine never sleeps, but in election time, goes into overdrive. There are his surreal, and much publicised 3D speeches, 29 Vikas Raths equipped with projectors, and 10 LED Raths, each with a 110" screen, which roam interior villages. His personal website has been given a spanking new election upgrade. As has his other social media platforms: Twitter, Facebook page and Youtube channel. The frequency of advertisements on TV, print and online have multiplied. And he also has his own TV channel: NaMo Gujarat, which was launched just before the elections. But who runs this for Mr Modi, and who pays for it? As with most things related to Mr Modi, the answers are not easy to come by. The Modi spin machine appears to use a mix of official, quasi-official and private players, with fragmented responsibilities, a structure that allows for grey areas of accounting and accountability. One such hub is run in a corporate tower in Ahmedabad at the offices of Maulik Bhagat, who runs a software and media firm. Mr Bhagat is only 27 years old, but his father is a BJP party headquarter fixture. Also part of this firm is Modi confidante Parindu Bhagat. He's a new, but integral part of the Modi spin team, creating the concept for a series of popular 'kabbadi' ads, meant to highlight the leaderless state of the Gujarat Congress. Mr Bhagat says he is also coordinating the chief minister's mammoth online and social media campaign. But at the BJP headquarters, Rajeeka Kacheeria, who heads the party's IT cell, seems to suggest that she is coordinating a similar effort. The confusion over who runs Mr Modi's online operations extends to questions…

The small-scale sector includes village and cottage sectors are found out to be the best means to solve the growing unemployment problem. Self-employment is the only solution to the unemployment. Policy makers and economists studied and drew conclusion that setting up a small scale unit with a moderate investment has got the potential to provide employment to about 4 to 5 people directly and indirectly. The satisfaction of self-employment and the contentment of contributing to the National Income and proving livelihood to few unemployeds can have positive multiplier effect. Adding to it the SSI sector has got the inherent advantage of utilising the local resources, technologies for productive purposes and at the same time could satisfy the needs of the local people and exploit the local market at micro level.…
