Executive summary
The production management deals with decision making regarding the quantity, quality, and many other elements of production. The main objective of production management is to produce goods and services of the right quantity, right quality, at the right time and at minimum cost.
Transcom Beverage Ltd is the exclusive PepsiCo Franchisee for Bangladesh and it has one of the largest beverage plants in Bangladesh. It produces Pepsi, 7UP, Mirinda, Slice, Mountain Dew, Pepsi Diet and 7UP Light.
At the core of Transcom Beverage Ltd lies the production department where it caters to the needs of its customers by utilizing efficient amount of resources at the right time. The company ensures proper utilization of supply chain strategy, manufacturing process, reduced lead time, proper behavioral approaches to job design, and efficient quality control of the production of the
