After nearly 22 hours of driving with my wife and dogs, it seemed we had finally arrived in Homestead, FL. It was just about a year and a half ago, in December of 2014, that I reflected on the past few years of my life and felt I was going nowhere in terms of college as well as a career. Upon this realization, I immediately started speaking to a few of my buddies in the Army to get a better understanding of the pros and cons of enlisting in the military.
