I could imagine a program like this being created for every elementary, middle and high school across the United States. Imagine every child having free or low cost online access to a tutor for assistance with assignments, being able to access all articles and full books online from home, a forum where students and teachers could share helpful with their classes. I’ve noticed that more college students have access to these resources than other children who could benefit from it, but eventually each college student has to pay for all resources that were used.
