The study aimed to find out the Relationship of Having an Absentee Parents in the Study Habits of DLSHSI students. Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions:
1. What is the profile of the respondents when they are grouped according to age, gender, ordinal position, religion, family structure, family income and College course?
2. What is the nature of absentee parenting?
3. What are the study habits of the respondents?
4. What are the significant differences in the study habits of the respondents when they are grouped according to age, gender, ordinal position, religion, family structures, family income and College course?
5. What is the relationship of having absentee parents and the study habits of students in DLSHSI?
Hypothesis
1. There are no significant differences in the study habits of the respondents when they are grouped according to age, gender, ordinal position, religion, family structures, family income and College course
2. There is no relationship between having absentee parent/s and the study habits of the students of De LaSalle - Health Sciences Institute
Methodology
The research design that was used in the study is Quantitative Correlational and 100 respondents were gathered. The questionnaires that were provided by the researchers are the main instruments of the research and the data were analyzed and interpreted with the used of frequency and percentage
