Equally, the material scarcity acts an essential role in the cause of disease. The reason would be, that the poor have no knowledge of accessing the services for health or refused of the services he needs. Necessity like clean water, quality accommodation and enough food can promote better health for the person. It is known that a person working in a stressful job are more likely to get sick and studies showed in the BBC documentary (Horizon | Death of the Working Classes, 1988) that working class people have a higher mortality rate compared to other classes.
