The Responsibility Analysis Of Dinko's Business Decisions
Decisions such as where to locate your office can be the difference maker in whether or not that business succeeds. Location can be everything but as Dinko's printing it can be creative and still effective if strategically selected from smart and insightful objectives designed to give a creative yet competitive edge in the printing industry. The decision of where to be located could not be a more fundamental life decision that could have long term effects that could be incremental in the survival of the business long term. In order to do this the company needs to make good decisions narrowing in on what it looks like to meet your responsibilities in order to achieve the Dinko's business goals. Consequently it seems that Dinko's did a good job at following the five step method listed in Smart Choices for honing in on objectives that will enable the company to make the correct decision on where to relocate. Dinko's wrote down all of their concerns that needed to be addressed by the decision. The objectives and concerns were then fleshed out by composing a wish list that would enable Dinko's to decide upon criteria that would allow them to determine what the best and worst case scenarios would be along with their impact on others. Dinko's is now able to isolate what they want out of each objective by understanding each objective more precisely while identifying how to better attain these desired results. Thus when it comes time to make a decision, Dinko's will be better prepared to evaluate whether or not the company's objectives are being met. At this …show more content…
Alternatives should be chosen with care and by knowing that you can never choose an alternative you haven’t considered. Furthermore, no matter how many alternatives you have, your chosen alternative can be no better than the best of the lot. Consequently creative alternatives that are not boxed in by limited options can generate an exceptionally high payoff. Dinko's will then be able to make a smart choice because they are able to compare the merits of the competing alternatives, assessing how well each satisfies your fundamental objectives. This was done by comparing each of the consequences of each of the alternatives with objective identified by Dinko's. At this point Dinko's was able to identify (Elton St??) as the best alternatives for relocation not only because the location meets their needs while identifying each of its consequences as manageable because of the tradeoffs they were willing to

When asked “what can Moon, Inc do to get its money from Bob Zimmerman?” I would address it by saying if Zimmerman doesn’t pay off what he owes then according to the mortgage contract Zimmerman would foreclose his house and Moon, Inc. would have the right to bid first. My reasoning is that initially the mortgage was taken out for the house and Zimmerman paid back loans toward the bank. If Zimmerman doesn’t pay then the house is foreclosed and the bank gets the right to bid first on credit bid. Now the mortgage for the house belongs to Moon, Inc. and Zimmerman pays back loans to Moon, Inc. Since Zimmerman has stopped paying his mortgage that means that when the house gets foreclosed Moon, Inc. would have the right to bid first on credit bid.…
