Chapter I
Introduction

Most of the people really love to eat in a food restaurants to give you the best, especially when it comes to meals. But the best doesn’t mean expensive. So we’ve come up with everyday recipes and create delightful dish meals. Your family will love its delicious taste and you’ll love how easy it is on the pocket because one dish meals are complete with meat and vegetables’ there’s no need for a second dish! Love the way it “stretches your ulam”, to give you more servings! Chapter II
Name of the project The project name of the business is J- LAC restaurant. The name is chosen by the first letter of our name J is for Jinky Gacuya, L is for Laribelle Ramos, A, for April Soriano and C for Cheyserr Joi Ginez. The project is for J- LAC coffee shop and restaurant own and managed by Jinky Gacuya, Laribelle Ramos, April Soriano and Cheyserr Joi Ginez, located in front of Isabela State University, Cauayan City, Isabela.
Location

The location or place of the business is one of the important, so before you build or put a business in a place, think also if your business will become successful. There are lots of things to consider in choosing the right location. First is the population of the area. You should consider the potential customers who will visit and patronize the restaurant. Are there many of them? What is their average income? Can the families in the area afford to buy foods at your restaurant? What is their actual and potential purchasing power? Then there are things called “percentage of trade targets”. Second, competition, the probable competition from restaurant of the same type must be considered. What are the sized and efficiency of your competitors? Third, buying habit of the consumers in the area, does the consumer in the area usually buy at the restaurant or do they prefer to go to food chain or fast food center?
