The sales context:
During a hike up Mont Royal last weekend, I happened to chance upon my old friend, which is the head of marketing in Bombardier, and he shared with me how the company was looking for new compensation & benefits to provide for the employees of Bombardier. As a yoga practitioner as well, he was open to the idea of introducing yoga as a benefit for employees. As a result, he referred me to the Human Resource director, who deals with the benefits directly.

Thirdly, there are passes that yogis can purchase, which enables them to attend unlimited amount of yoga classes in a stipulated time frame. Most yoga studios - ensō yoga included, strive for customers to sign on package deals/ monthly passes to rope them in to become loyal customers of the studio and the teachers that each yoga studio has.
What I know about the person I will meet and his company
I will be meeting with the Human Resource director, who is looking for a new benefit to provide for the employees of Bombardier. I have also heard that in the present day, many employees not only look at the pay before making a career choice, but also the benefits that come from it. Therefore, to increase it’s employees satisfaction, retain and attract talents, companies are investing huge amounts of money into employee benefits. It is said that larger companies budgets an additional 50% of the budget for wages solely for benefits.
