Scrum Master is a facilitator for the product owner and the team. It allows for scrum team to organize their work with quick changes and manage the system of exchanging the information. Scrum Master plays a role in many projects such as Trey Research, Litware, contos.com, and MegaFund. The role of Scrum Master in Trey Research and Litware was not successfully. Because it was not easy to understand the role of the Scrum Master. Therefore, scrum master filed at contoso.com. Contoso.com is the website for Contoso which both are used in documentation and help files for many Microsoft products. Contoso's website redirects to microsoft.com. Contoso.com was alive in the Internet space and was a purveyor of Web services. Scrum Master in
contos.com works to keep the team from obstruction, thru the Sprint. MegaFund is a private equity company that set up the extremely large number of money for the purposes of investing in companies. Scrum was the best choice for MegaFund to make the project moving. Project manager did the role as Scrum Master during the Daily Scrum. Because everything clearly visible for Scrum Master could assist the team to stay on track.
