THE SCIENTIST
My name is Sania Spinster and i am a student of a govt. college actually i were a student of this college. Actually i am a really confused personality specially about my studies firstly i wasted my whole year thinking that i am gonna be a banker or a doctor. Then i choose medical line finally, i took admission in Punjab college for faculilty in science. That was the best experience of my life i don't know why but that college, that class room, those chairs, those teachers, those friends, are really close to my heart. That class of chemistry i miss that a lot. then my two years program completed and time to say good bye to my college. I got 759 marks out of 1100 quite good i said but if i worked hard then these marks could be better. Neverthless, i am happy, but a little disappointed too. Then i were getting worried about my further studies i mean about my graduation. Then another bitter experience entered in my life and that was my difficult admission in "govt post graduate college for women Sialkot". i wanted to get my further qualification in a good and famous university but unluckily my marks became a hurdle in that way. I got admission in B.S Honours chemistry which was not a good step towards my aim. And then, what could be happened i thought of getting back and leave the college as a result of which i am wasting my another year. now i am thinking to be psychology doctor and my aim is to top the punjab university from which my next college is affiliated. My frnds mostly use to say "kisi college ko taste karna mat bhool jana". now a days i am "velli lelli" as usual.but now i am concentrating on cooking otherswise i am gonna be murdered from my grand mother's hand. Now is the month of Ramadan a very very beautiful month of the year specially for me. but this year i coundn't have fast just because i got jaundice before Ramadan. However, i used to get iftar

What I felt through reading this essay, I regretted my spring semester in the college. Until June, I was fine and had full of hope and enthusiasm that I would be able to cope up with my work and school. Since June, I started the part time job in the restaurant. At the beginning, I felt so comfortable with me because I earned money, which helped my parents and me a lot. Then gradually, it forced me to commit myself overworking. As I reflect myself now, at that time, I was totally lack of the balance. Mentally and physically, I was at the extreme. Some teachers kindly advised me to reduce the working time, but I…

I am from a middle class Indian family where bearing the costs of studying from an English medium school is hard and yet my parents helped me study in English medium school. I studied English medium during all my schooling which helped me develop my literacy skills. I started learning computers since my 10th grade. . This was the time of mid 1995 when the computer classes were first introduced in my school in India and I was one of the member of the first batches that was offered the basics of computer and little bit of programming. This was the beginning and I was getting interested to learn more about computers. We also had to take up a exam at the end of the course to prove our competency in the subject though it was not part of the 10th grade board exam. I scored 83 out of 100 which gave me confidence that I can succeed in this field of study. From there on during my 11th and 12th grade I took computer science as my specialization and also completed Bachelor’s Degree in computer science. After my graduation it was time to look for my dream job but consulting with friends, family and seniors in college I realized that the degree that I earned is not just enough to…

Science, one of the many things that us as humans know so much about, yet know hardly anything about it. No matter what we already know and what we newly discover, science will always be an enigmatic subject to study. Science has always puzzled me. I was homeschooled from first grade up until my 11th grade year when I went to Westchester Country Day School in High Point, North Carolina. I don’t remember any science activities that I did before I entered high school, other than just doing some simple science experiments that involved natural science, electricity, and a little bit of simple chemistry was mixed in there.…

The Scientific Method - The Scientific Method is the standardized procedure that scientists are supposed to follow when conducting experiments, in order to try to construct a reliable, consistent, and non-arbitrary representation of our surroundings. To follow the Scientific Method is to stick very tightly to a order of experimentation. First, the scientist must observe the phenomenon of interest. Next, the scientist must propose a hypothesis, or idea in which the experiments will be based around. Then, through repeated experimentation.Scientific Method - Scientific method what comes to mind. Do we start thinking of some type of formal process that will answer all our scientific questions or problems. When I was in school many years ago, we were taught that scientists go through a series of steps to find a solution to a problem or find evidence to support or disprove a theory. It all seemed rather cold, and formal. Going back to school, school has taught me that science has undergone significant changes and has moved away from the rigidity of a fixed series of steps in what was formerly called the scientific method.... The Scientific Method - ... Geophysicists opposed his suggestion that the continents glide across the ocean floor, asserting that the ocean floor did not contain adequate power to hold the continents and moreover considerable frictional opposition would transpire (Nelson, 2003). In the 1950s and in the 1960s, reports of the Planet's magnetic field and in what way it varied across time, a study known as paleomagnetism, presented different support that would confirm that the continents do definitely move (Nelson, 2003). The method by which an expert discovers clarification to an occurrence is named the scientific method.... Tracing the Scientific Method - ... After the experiment, any findings should be analyzed to decide whether the hypothesis was correct, incorrect, or somewhere in-between. In this experiment, which was reported in the Journal of…

When I was first assigned this report I had no idea what Christian Science was. I researched for hours on the religion, and tried to find anything I could on it. I found out that Christian Science was a religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ. As quoted from a Christian Scientist " This religion is based on the words and works of Christ Jesus, and draws its authority form the Bible. Its teachings are set forth in Science and Health with Key to the Scriptures by Mary Baker Eddy. Although a distinctive part of Christian Science is the healing of disease be spiritual means alone, it's higher purpose is universal salvation from every day evil-including sin and death ".…
