They met up with Zuckerberg to discuss their idea of starting a Harvard Connection, a website that would increase sociality between Harvard’s students, but they did not give Zuckerberg any type of direction or instruction to follow when creating the website.
Mark Zuckerberg’s leadership style is autocratic as he expects everything to go his way. His leadership style causes him to conflict with many people, because he always wants his opinion and Facebook to be more substantial compared to other people and their other priorities. Zuckerberg also states to Saverin that the company needs more money from him, in a demanding tone, without even asking for his approval.

He is not afraid to take risks with money and his time, this is seen in the movie when he goes to California to have Facebook spread to other college universities using the 18 thousand dollars that Eduardo Saverin gave him.
Eduardo Saverin is an intrapreneur because he helped Zuckerberg start the Facebook website, but he only worked from within the business by trying to make Facebook successful from within. Saverin was more cautious with his personal assets and money that came with being a part of Facebook, he gets an internship in New York that may guarantee him stability as he is unsure of what Facebook will bring for him, so instead of going to California with Zuckerberg he goes to New York to satisfy his basic needs as an intrapreneur.
Tyler Winklevoss is an entrepreneur because he is a persuasive leader who was able to persuade his brother, Cameron, in going ahead with his idea of taking legal action to sue Zuckerberg for stealing their idea. This works in their favor because after suing Zuckerberg they received 65 million dollars in cash and signed a non-disclosed settlement.
