The Story Of Brad Reefer
Brad Reefer has continuously shown the world his talents as a business man. He has been given the title serial entrepreneur because he constantly is thinking of new ideas and starting new businesses. Not only is he able to start new businesses but his expertise and experience allows them to be successful. In a world where more than 80% of new businesses fail within the first year, Brad continues to thrive.

Brad Reifler comes from a family of entrepreneurs and businessmen. His grandfather was the founder of Ray E. Friedman Co. (Revco). With this foundation, one could say that he was destined to also be a successful businessmen or entrepreneur. Brad’s entrepreneurial journey began in the 80s when he established the Reifler Trading Company.

    Craig Kielburger is best known for being a famous Canadian activist for the rights of children. Kielburger is the founder of “Free the Children” and co-founder of “Me to We”. In 1995, Kielburger was twelve years old at the time when he saw a headline in the Toronto Star that read “Battled Child Labour, Boy, 12, Murdered.” The story was about a young Pakistani boy who was forced into bonded labour in a carpet factory at the age of four, and became an international figurehead for the fight against child labour by the age of twelve, but was brutally murdered in 1995. After Craig read this article, he began to research child labour, showed this particular article to his classmates and formed a group called “Twelve-Twelve-Year-Olds” which formed to “Free the Children”. This organization become international with 45 participating countries to help the world become a better place. In today's society, Craig's point of view can be implemented by following in his footsteps to help and try making the world a better place and continuing to support his success with the organization he created, and realizing that you can make a difference if you believe in the fight that you want to stand up for. Craig Kielburger would be considered a pro-natalist point of view because in order to make a difference in the world, you need a lot of help to make the change and it starts by going small and growing big like Kielburger did with Free the Children. The more people that are involved, the greater the chances will be to make the change in society. Personally, I think that Kielburger’s idea with free the children can help solve the problem with this issue of child labour because he is trying to send the message out that child labour is wrong and no child show be forced to work and that children should be allowed to be children by playing, learning, and having fun.     The Heroic Journey of Captain Steven Hiller

    Captain Steven Hiller played an extremely important role in the movie Independence Day, and portrayed a phenomenal example of the hero journey. I really enjoyed this character and thought that Will Smith was an excellent choice for the part. With the action packed thrill that was stuffed in every word it kept you on your feet while still giving a clear understanding of how each character was meant to play out, which in this case was by the hero journey. In understanding how this is connected it is important to carefully analyze every significant example Steven Hiller acts out and compare it to the steps of the hero journey. So, if you look at the three main parts: A)Departure, B)Fulfillment, and C)Return it is fairly easy for virtually anyone to see that Steven Hiller obviously did each of these. We can go deeper than that though. It makes the most sense to start with part A. Part A is generally associated with five different actions: 1) The Call to Adventure 2) Refusal of the Call 3) Supernatural Aid 4) The Crossing of the First Threshold 5)The Belly of the Wale. The beginning of Steven Hiller Journey begins with “The Call to Adventure” or when he feels like he has to leave Jasmine and her son to go fulfill his duty as a soldier and fight against the aliens. Although he was upset about the decision he made he knew he had to make it and did not refuse the call like other stories of the hero journey. Sometimes a hero’s supernatural aid is obvious and Steven Hiller can arguably have many aids, but from a personal perspective I think David Levinson was the most important or showed the most significance of being an aid to him because he was with him and helped him throughout the fulfillment and return of his journey. Step four of the departure happens with Steven when he goes into the first battle with the enemy, when he “crosses the threshold”. This step has been described as the time of the adventure were the…
