The Student Space: The Bucknell Student Body

Greek life dominates the Bucknell student body. Although only 50% of the students are actually affiliated with an organization there presence on campus is very strong and very influential. Sororities and fraternities define the social interactions between the students. For those students affiliated with an organization, they are more likely to hang out and socialize with members of other organizations whether it be male or female students. Furthermore, I have seen that sorority members gravitate towards their sisters while fraternity men are seen talking to a wider range of guys. The Student Space is a perfect place to watch the sorority girls on campus because it is their hub for social interaction. All female students use the space to eat,
