and after this death Caroline was left with nothing since Alphonse married her to take her away from the impoverishment and to give her a god life as his wife, and later the mother of his child Victor to whom they dedicated their life, contributing on his success as a man and a student, advising him for his life goals and also Victor learned from his parents the longanimity, how to be respectful and to possess self control and also how to share his things with others and be careful with others, but all this things did not seem to be of a great importance to Victor which he forgot all of them in his later years during his life (Joshua, 2007, p.35).
Victor’ Childhood
Victor Frankenstein immediately lets us know what kind of childhood he really had and what kind of child he was, and also we are able now to see that his real diminution is all about his education, and beside this words Victor gives us a description of himself, who as he considers he kind of used to have passion as he thinks he realizes the causes of things and in this way he remembers himself to realize the things that he did and know the reasons of his own acts.
And one of the most important things which is considered to be the main reason and in a way responsible of what he went through, is the subject of Natural Philosophy, and the sensitivity of Victor to this favorite subject of him (Joshua, 2007, p.35-36). In the novel while Victor is still talking about himself he shows that with the help of his favorite subjects he became an independent person and student who was educated in Geneva’s schools, he, who considered himself a self taught in the novel argues against self-tutoring, which he regards it as a dangerous thing that took him to this level of indiscipline that helped him to be led by his destiny and different other things (Shelley, 2012, p.
40-50).
