The Team Player Effects In The School Prefect System
Leadership has been described as a process of social influence in which a person can enlist the aid and support of others in the accomplishment of a common task.

An individual prefect commitment to the school effort is what makes the school prefect system work.
A
team is a group of people involved in the same activity and works towards achieving the same goals.
A team player is a member of a group who shares the same goal with the group and puts the group goal ahead of his or her personal interest. The word “team” can be explained with the acronym thus

work is an effective way of making progress. School prefects cannot make progress if they are not team players.

school prefects works together, the task is made easier and it will be done efficiently. When there are team players in the school prefect team, creativity levels are generally higher as they tap into one another’s strength. This often leads to increased productivity and an inspiring sense of collaboration and cooperation that moves everyone and the school forward.
