The Three Main Causes Of The Civil War
The number of people that died in the civil war was 620,000, and was the bloodiest war that the United States has had. The war started on the springtime of the year 1861. The war ended on the year 1885. The war was fought in many places throughout the United States. The two sides of the war consisted of the North and South states. The states would fight in this war as free state vs. slave state. What caused the civil war? There are three main causes that brought division amongst the country, and led to america’s bloodiest war. The three main causes of the civil war between the North and South were issues in the economy, politics, and slavery. The first main cause of the civil war was conflict between the North and the South about economy.
